Briefly about Ground Frost
Our experience dates back to the 1990s, while Ground Frost as such has been in the market since 2012. Since the very beginning, we have focused on services related to accounting, finance and business consulting. We specialise in transaction consulting, financial valuations and modeling, valuation validations, and complex accounting based on IFRSs/IASs. For several years now, in parallel to our consulting business, we have been developing an outsourcing firm specialised in advanced accounting, HR and payroll services for our clients. Our clients are:
- Domestic and foreign banks, investment funds
- Joint-stock companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange
- Affiliates of international groups
- Groups listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange
- Entities planning to enter the Warsaw Stock Exchange
- SMEs planning to upscale.
Team
Our team consists of people who have always dealt with finances on a global level. Graduates of economic universities such as the SGH Warsaw School of Economics, Kozminski University and ACCA. People working for many years for companies from the “Big Four” accounting firms, as well as individuals playing key roles on management boards, supervisory boards and executive teams of such companies as PKN Orlen, MCI TFI and Aviva. Currently, our entire team consists of nearly 70 people responsible for valuations, validations, strategic consulting, auditing, accounting, and HR services. We provided service to clients such as: Bioton S.A., Innova Capital S.A., Pfleiderer S.A., PERN S.A. and DUON S.A.
